This is a great rare and HTF Lladro. This figurine is entitled "Say Cheese," and is one of two photographers that Lladro that ever produced. This piece was released in 1984 and retired in 1989. The piece measure 13 inches in height. The secondary market value runs $695.00, and the Lladro reference number is 5989G. The artist was Francisco Catalá. This would make a wonderful present for the consummate collector of Lladro.
This is a consignment piece and the owner hates to part with it, however life circumstances have gotten in her way. This piece is in mint conditon. It has no scratches, chips or mars to the finish. This item is from a non-smoking environment, and I do not have the box for this piece. Please make note, I have been using pictures from my Lladro books, due to a problem with my digital camera. As most Lladro collectors know, the colors after firing are quite muted, however wanted to make this statement in my ad as I did not take this picture myself.
