While I've been at this for more than 40 years, have not seen more money making foreclosure deals since 1989. A newcomer to the game does not have a chance. It takes knowledge and experience to put together the strategy that makes a substantial profit. In foreclosure workouts , you make money when you buy the property, not when you sell it. I am looking for a partner who has good credit where I will place the deal on the table for their evaluation. Question: Looks interesting. Details listed are too vague. Can you provide more info re: what kind of dollar figure might be needed from a participant? Will more than one party, besides you, be participating? What kind of guarantee is there? How long does a particular ttransaction take from entry to sale? Thank you.

Answer: Investor needs loan source for aprox 90 days. After acquisition, the property is resold for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time. Then, next home redemption etc. The guarantee is buying for significantly below actual appraised value (Your evaluation, backed up by Appraiser of your choice. All deals are in Colorado.
